For each item it is stated whether we ship it, deliver it and what the possible costs are.
If you want to pick up an item or bring the items yourself during a visit, you will receive a collection discount depending on the item.

After you have transferred the agreed amount to our account NL26 INGB 065 61 65 170 in the name of Van der Lans Antiek in Hummelo, we will ship the items as soon as possible or make an appointment for delivery.

We reserve the item without obligation when you pick it up, you can transfer the amount in advance, or pay in the store in cash or by debit card.

In the Netherlands we ship with PostNL.
We deliver in the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands from Sunday to Friday during the day by appointment.
The showrooms are open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and by appointment.

The lamps that we sell are in used condition and often many years old. This means that natural wear and weathering always occurs to a greater or lesser extent.
We will report any damage or other defects on the website and show them in the store.
We renew the electrical wiring and lamp fittings if they no longer meet the requirements.
The crystal has also been checked for damage and if necessary the wires have been replaced.
Should a malfunction occur after a while, you can contact us so that we can find a solution to the problem in consultation with you.


Items purchased from us in the store or via email can only be returned if this has been agreed with you when purchasing.
After we have received the item in good condition, we will refund you the purchase amount, minus the costs for shipping, packaging and administration. We will give you a quote for this.


We package the items very carefully to avoid the risk of damage. If an item arrives damaged, we ask you to email us pictures of the packaging and the item.
We ship insured and take the claim from you.
In consultation with you, we will send a replacement item or return the total invoice amount.
